Afsal- al- ulama- course ,under Calicut University, is very distinct as it is designed to meet the needs of the time providing moral and physical knowledge. This course strengthens the linguistic skills in Arabic and English languages, in-depth knowledge in Islam and gradual nurturing of creativity and literally talents.
It provides the successful graduates with opportunities to take Post Graduation as well as to be a high school teacher by taking teacher training course.
There are many overseas job opportunities for those with Technical expertise coupled with a good mastery of Arabic and English ,specially in the areas of IT field, journalism, embassies and offices.
Students with the hair secondary certificates or its equivalents are eligible to join. The course contains 6 choice based credit and semester system (CBCSS). The duration is 3 years.
